Memorial Box 50th
Bandai released this set of 6 inch figures in early 2005 in conjunction with both Godzilla Final Wars and Godzilla's 50th anniversary. The set is huge, and features 20 figures, half of which are new sculpts, and most of the other half being significant variations on earlier releases.In addition to the above figures, the Memorial Box contains a set of trading cards. Unlike the 1995 Memorial Box, these cards aren't just unattached tags. There are 28 cards, one for each Godzilla film from 1954-2004, and they are numbered. Each card shows an image of Godzilla as depicted in the film.The retail price on the set was ¥ 20000, and it's been estimated that there were approximately 12,000 produced.
