This candy toy series was issued to coincide with the December release of Godzilla 2000: Millennium. The seven figures, an addition to Bandai's 4 inch scaled Hyper candy series, retailed for ¥300 each. Of the seven figures, only three were new molds; Orga and Mire-Goji. The rest have been previously issued in earlier candy or figure sets. The front of the boxes each depict the enclosed toy, while the back shows assembly instructions. One side shows five of the seven toys in the set, while the other depicts the other two, as well as pricing and logos. The top has the name of each character. The toys are each a soft, hollow vinyl and assembly is, of course, required.

The 10 cm candy series are all closely related to the Bandai figure sets, as molds are often used interchangeably between the two, though there are often significant paint differences. An example would be the Godzilla 1984, which also appears in the Godzilla History Set, along with others which are surely recognizable as being available elsewhere.
