This must have been a spring cleaning type of lucky bags. There was a random assortment of unpainted standard sized figures plus smaller items. The smaller items could have been towers, mini figures, kemur seijin head or a black mecahgodzilla head. The Mechagodzilla head could be used with the previous toho luck bag. In the luck bag you would get one of the following that could be sent in to be painted; red ragon, flesh woo, or pink greenmons. Some of the standard figures are painted ultraman, brown baltan, brown gorgo, glow chibull seijin pieces, glow ragon, green garamon, red garamon, glow garamon, and maybe others. There seemed to be roughly 7 of the above in a bag.
