Rodan Pop-Up
The pop-ups were released as part of the King of the Monster line in 1994. Rodan was one of three different models available. You press the figure down onto the base and the suction cup holds it there for a few seconds, then it shoots into the air. The pop-ups seemed to be found mainly at K-mart stores. The back of the package has a list of some other toys available at the same time. It comes with a collectors card.
