The figure is based on a classic toy. There is a hole in the mouth and the figure is made of very soft vinyl. The basic purpose of the original toy was as a balloon blower; place the balloon in the figure's mouth and squeeze the toy in order to inflate the balloon. The efficiency of this method might be questionble, but it's a cool toy nonetheless. It's obviously also based on the original Marusan Godzilla vinyl figure.
